Zac graduated from TAFE SA Adelaide with a Diploma in Remedial Massage. He is passionate about providing physical and mental support through cooperative efforts to help people feel their best and overcome existing difficulties.
His main approach is to provide in-session stretching, trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, and relaxation massage techniques as a warm-up. The primary aim of these techniques is to reduce restrictions of movement, decrease compensation, and address potentially referring pains, such as headaches.
Zac has a keen interest in identifying root causes for potential pains, compensations, and restrictions to promote long-term solutions rather than settling for short-term relief. Zac is also currently training in cupping therapy and will be adding this into his treatments in the near future!
