Bruce Douglas
Chiropractor
Dr Bruce Douglas qualified as a chiropractor in South Africa in 2004. With over 20 years of clinical experience, he has been in private practice in multidisciplinary clinics in South Africa, United Kingdom, Malaysia and now, Australia.


Bruce has always had a passion for helping people and has been extensively involved in promoting spine and joint health care, including the vital importance of movement, strength and flexibility of our bodies, reducing the risk of injury and re-injury.

Bruce practices the diversified technique which involves mainly the activator method (gentle manual manipulations and drop pieces, if indicated); and modifies the use of these techniques to treat each patient's specific diagnoses for optimum results.

He has a keen interest in diagnoses and always goes over and above to make sure he considers every possibility to make sure each patient is getting the right care that they require. He has a strong passion for his profession and treats his patients with compassion whilst fully educating them on their condition and care plan to make sure they feel understood and taken care of.

Zac graduated from TAFE SA Adelaide with a Diploma of Remedial Massage. With a desire to help others, Zac is passionate about providing physical and mental support through cooperative efforts to help people feel their best and overcome existing difficulties.
The main approaches to massage Zac takes towards treatments is stretching, trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, and relaxation massage.

Carolyn Bristow
Remedial & Relaxation Massage Therapist

Carolyn is a qualified remedial massage therapist and also offers relaxation massage therapies including Hot Stone and Cupping Therapy. She is currently training in acupressure and aromatherapy techniques as well, which can be added to your massage to help assist in release.
Her approach is to provide relaxation and relief to stiff and sore muscles by using a variety of techniques with personalized care. She also offers strength exercises to help recovery between massages.
Carolyn is passionate about the human body, loves to live a holistic lifestyle and helping others feel better. When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her teaching music.
